My wife is a BIG and devoted ACC basketball fan. One of her concerns about moving to Italy is missing seeing ACC basketball games, the ACC tournament and March Madness. She passed me the link for ACCSelect and I am providing other links as backup and alternate choices.

This may be her last year of visiting her friends, Jim and BK, at their home in Oxford, NC during the ACC tournament, drinking beer, eating hot dogs, downeast BBQ and other munchies before we leave for Italy.
