The reasons my wife and I are considering on shipping our 2007 Nissan Versa to Italy are the following:
  1. It's a new vehicle bought in July, 2006 and has under 22K miles.
  2. It's a compact and gets 30 miles per gallon (MPG) city; 36 MSG highway.
  3. Given the present exchange rate, as of this date, we feel buying a used car in Italy would not be in our best interest.
  4. We plan on traveling around Italy and other countries in Europe.
However, we need to find out some other information (availability of parts, etc.) and consider also Italian vehicle regulations before we make our final decision.
