Found you after searching "gluten free in Cortona" ... so how do you think a gluten, dairy and night shade free person will manage in Cortona for a week in May next year? Hope you can help by posting local information ;)

Redness, please read my blog entry of Tuesday, 29 May 2007 titled, Info on being gluten-free in Italy, http://moving2italy2.blogspot.com/2007/05/info-on-being-glutten-free-in-italy.html. Please note: there are other choices for buying gluten-free products in Italy than going to the farmacia (pharmacy).
